By purchasing through hydrodrive.eu, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Hydrodrive® hydraulic steering systems and accessories are sold directly by the manufacturer, covered by a 3-year warranty, and shipped worldwide with FedEx Express.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in USD, EUR (or the currency displayed at checkout).

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed through PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx Express Worldwide (3–5 business days).

Tracking details are sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Serial number of the kit (Located on the bottom of the pump)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

All Hydrodrive® systems are covered by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty against material or manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.

Hydrodrive® shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or improper installation.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
