GBO300 Outboard Hydraulic Steering System Kit up to 300 HP

The GBO300 is a complete hydraulic steering system designed for outboard engines up to 300 HP, combining durability, compact design, and precise handling. Its advanced WTS slider cylinder ensures smooth movement with minimal space requirements, making it ideal even for tighter engine compartments. Compatible with all major outboard engine brands, including Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and Evinrude etc. up to 300 HP

The kit includes the high-precision TL2-30 MRA pump with built-in Anti-Feedback valve for safe, stable steering, and an Automatic Pilot connection port for easy integration with autopilot systems. The innovative two-position engine plate allows you to adjust the mounting for the best fit on your engine bracket.

Kit components:

• Hydraulic pump: TL2-30 MRA, 28 cc/rev, 4.5 turns lock-to-lock, Removable cup to replace the shaft seals without opening the pump.

• Hydraulic cylinder: GBO300 WTS, 125 cc volume, 206 mm stroke, slider design

• Twin hose set: 6 + 6 m (20’) high-pressure with fittings

• Hydraulic oil: 2 × 1 L (E-HVLP 46, temp. +60° to -30°)
